When will my products be dispatched?

We understand the importance of saving our beautiful planet, which is why all of our items are printed on demand once your order is confirmed. Our typical turnaround time is 5 working days, but we’re proud to say that we often get your products ready for dispatch much sooner. In the unlikely event that we can’t meet this timeframe, such as when a specific colour isn’t available, we’ll reach out to you promptly with an update and ask for your preferences on how to proceed.

How are my products shipped?

Depending on the size, quantity, and your chosen shipping method, we send out orders using reliable carriers like Royal Mail, DPD, USPS, or P2P. Rest assured, our commitment to eco-friendliness extends to our postage and packaging, with the majority of our parcels being entirely plastic-free.

When will my products be delivered?

The delivery time varies based on the courier responsible for your parcel. Here are some estimated delivery times:


  • Royal Mail 24 services: 1 to 3 days
  • Royal Mail 48 services: 2 to 5 days
  • Courier: Next working day


  • Royal Mail services: 3 to 5 days
  • Courier: Depends on the destination

Rest of World

  • Royal Mail services: 7 to 10 days
  • USPS (USA): 3 to 5 days
  • P2P (Australia): 4 to 9 days
  • Courier: 5 to 7 days

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

While it’s a rare occurrence, parcels can occasionally go missing in transit. For UK orders, we kindly request that you allow 10 working days after dispatch before we can issue replacement orders. For EU & Rest of World orders, this period is 28 days, as we must adhere to Royal Mail’s guidelines.

If your order hasn’t arrived, we recommend checking with your local post office first. Please also keep in mind that we must be notified within 60 calendar days of an order not arriving. After this period, we won’t be able to replace orders free of charge.

Do you ship worldwide?

Absolutely! We’re thrilled to offer worldwide shipping. We use trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, USPS, or P2P, depending on your chosen shipping method and destination.

What if my order fails to be delivered?

In the rare event that products are returned to us due to a delivery failure, we’ll be in touch with you promptly to arrange redelivery. Please note that shipping costs for the second delivery will need to be covered.

What do I do if the product is faulty?

While it’s a rare occurrence, product faults can happen. If you receive a faulty item, simply reach out to us at with a photo and a description of the fault. We’re committed to providing you with a swift resolution, whether it’s a replacement or a refund. Please be aware that product faults reported 28 days after dispatch can only be replaced and not refunded.
